Codfish in the microwave

Ingredients:

1 kg codfish
3 cups of water
1/2 bunch of broccoli
1/2 cup of olive oil
6 cloves garlic, crushed
4 medium sized potatoes
2 bell peppers
2 medium slices onions
3 sliced tomatoes
100 g of olives
1 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 cup cilantro
Pepper to taste.

Preparation:

Let the codfish soaking for 24 hours, changing the water several times.
On the day of cooking it, place it in a refractory pan, leaving the hardest part around and the softest part in the center.
Add 2 cups of water, cover and microwave it for 15 minutes at high power, turning after 10 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Let it cool and remove skin and pimples.

Put it aside.
Wash the broccoli and place it in the refractory pan with the rest of the water. Microwave for 15 minutes at high power. Let stand for 3 minutes and drain the water. Put it aside.
Put in another refractory pan, now a round one, half the olive oil and the garlic. Bring to the microwave for 3 minutes and season the broccoli with the olive oil. Put it aside.
Wash the potatoes and make a hole with a knife. Place on a plate and microwave for 6 minutes at medium power. Turn around after 4 minutes. Peel and cut into thick slices. Put it aside.
Assembly: In an oval refractory, layer the cod, broccoli, potatoes, peppers, onions, tomatoes and olives..
Season the layers with pepper, paprika and the rest of the olive oil.

Cover and microwave to high power for 20 minutes, mixing after 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes and serve
